4Withdrawing in five steps
- Complete KYC: photo ID, selfie and a recent bank or utility statement.
- Wager the deposit at least three times.
- Check that no bonus is running — a withdrawal ends an active bonus.
- In the cashier choose the method and enter at least €40.
- Wait for the review (two business days at most), then for the running time of the method.
5KYC
Before every withdrawal your account is fully verified: an official photo ID, a selfie with that ID and a recent bank or utility statement. The name must match that of the payment method.
6Good to know
- You deposit exclusively with payment methods held in your own name.
- For cards, 10 transactions per day and 40 per month apply, with at most €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
- Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro are accepted; fiat and crypto balances stay apart and cannot be merged.
- If a withdrawal lies above the transaction limit of the method, payout follows in instalments. A higher VIP level can raise your personal limit.
- After six months without activity we charge €10 per month, as long as there is still a balance on the account.
