11. Participation

Anyone who is at least 18 years old — or has reached the higher legal gambling age of their own country — may take part. Whether online gambling is allowed at the place of residence is for every player to check.

22. Operator and licence

LuckyBoom Casino is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, based in Costa Rica, on the strength of a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) applies.

33. The player account

One account is intended per person. Details must be correct, the account name must match that of the payment method and login details must be kept safe.

• Several accounts with the same name, device or payment method may be blocked without announcement.
• Formal requests — such as self-exclusion or account closure — originate from the registered email address.

44. Deposits

Deposits are made with a payment method in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20, for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit €40.

• Cards: 10 transactions per day and 40 per month; ceilings of €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
• Fiat and crypto balances are managed separately and not merged.

55. Withdrawals and verification

Every withdrawal requires a fully verified account: a valid official photo ID, a selfie with that ID and a bank or utility statement from the last three months — all in the same name. Under the AML rules, deposits must have been wagered at least three times before withdrawal.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; review within two business days.
• Winnings outside jackpots are limited to €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month; jackpot wins are not.
• If the amount exceeds the per-transaction limit of a method, payment in instalments is possible.
• A withdrawal request not yet handled can be withdrawn; the amount returns to the playing balance.

66. Bonuses

Bonuses must be activated in the profile before the qualifying deposit takes place — afterwards it is not possible. Only one bonus can run at a time.

• Welcome package: wagering ×40; first live bonus: ×15.
• Maximum stake while wagering: €5 per spin or round, on the first deposit bonus €1.
• Weighting: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Overall cap on bonus winnings: €10,000; payable after wagering at most ten times the bonus.
• Anyone who has money paid out during an active bonus loses bonus and bonus balance.

77. Inactive accounts

After six months without activity €10 per month is withheld, as long as a balance is present.

88. Player protection

Gambling must stay entertainment. The protection tools are on the Player protection page.

99. Changes

Business and bonus terms and limits may be adjusted. The current text always prevails. If a translation deviates, the English version takes precedence.
